This acquisition is the first step in our longer-term plan to invest in the potential of the Indian market. We have a 35-year long history of bringing innovative foam control solutions to the most demanding international customers, with products made to the most demanding international standards, and we are committed to bring this value proposition to Indian customers, including those customers of the newly acquired business.
